A different driver was picking up on the return journey and he checked out the location well beforehand as it was in the countryside,so was there at the pre-arranged time.I was very impressed!Thank you. 'Service booking was very good, staff friendly and helpful, driver prompt and friendly. Only complaint was that the vehicle was not what I would have called executive...carpet badly fitted, window handle missing and generally looked tired. Disappointing when payed extra for " newer more luxurious vehicle"'

'Our driver was punctual, kind, co-operative and extremely helpful, especially on the return journey when he stopped several times on the way to let passenger off near their home. He never displayed irritation, nor played the radio and wasn't over-friendly. I was very impressed - thank you.'

'The service I received from the booking/office staff was excellent. Despite the incredibly short time period I was dealt with efficiently and professionally. The service from the driver was not so good. We had booked the vehicle for a 7:30am pick up, which he disputed and a 7pm return, which he refused to do. Also, the journey had a planned pick up in and outbound which he was reluctant to do.'

'There was a problem with the suspension on the bus on the way to Norwich, which meant we couldn't drive very fast and on the way back we had to pull over a few times as there was a mysterious beeping noise, but we made the journeys in a decent time and there was nothing worth complaining about.'
